We have a great opportunity for you to join our team as an Industrial/automation project manager based in Val-Revermont (01) or Saint-Marcellin (38).

Reporting to the Industrialisation Manager and working within the Technical Department, you will act as an interface between the project team and production, designing and implementing all the industrial resources required to guarantee series production (in particular all post-injection packaging, assembly and decoration operations).

As such, your main tasks will be to:

  • Methods
    • Define and implement the necessary production resources
    • Provide expertise in automation and robotization
    • Draw up RFQs and specifications, and monitor cost estimates
    • Monitor equipment production
    • Ensure ramp-up to required performance levels (OEE, OEE, scrap rate)
    • Write technical manuals and instruction sheets for production departments
    • Monitor equipment commissioning and qualification phases – QC, FAT, SAT, QI, QO, QP
    • Calculate production costs
    • Draw up routings and bills of materials
    • Participate in the testing of new installations

 

  • Continuous improvement
    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for existing processes and methodological tools
    • Participate in the deployment of continuous improvement and risk management tools
    • Train teams in new processes
    • Check times, operating procedures and process organization
    • Suggest adaptations to production tools and resources to meet company needs
    • Research materials and methods to rationalize production
    • Monitor new technologies

 

 

Profile required

  • General engineering/automation
  • Knowledge of plastics processing, robots, special machines, automation
  • Project management skills
  • Fluency in English, CAPM and Solidworks
