Reporting to the Industrialization Manager and integrated into the Technical Department, you will act as the interface between the project team and production. Your main objective is to design and implement the industrial resources needed to guarantee high-performance mass production, particularly for post-injection, packaging, assembly and decoration operations.

As such, your main missions will be :

Methods 

  • Define and optimise production resources (machines, tools, automation)
  • Write RFQs and specifications and monitor costing
  • Analyse cycle times, TRS, TRG and scrap rates to improve productivity
  • Write technical documentation (manuals, instruction sheets, operating procedures)
  • Monitor equipment qualification (FAT, SAT, QI, QO, QP)
  • Calculate production costs
  • Draw up product ranges and bills of materials
  • Participate in the testing of new equipment
  • Participate in risk analysis (AMDEC process) and corrective actions

 

Continual improvement

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for existing processes and methodological tools
  • Participate in the use of continuous improvement and risk management tools
  • Train teams in new processes
  • Review times, workflows and process organisation
  • Suggest adjustments to production tools and resources to meet the company’s needs
  • Research materials and methods to rationalise production Monitor new technologies

 

 

Profile required

  • Bac+2/Bac+3 in plastics processing, industrial engineering, methods or equivalent
  • Knowledge of plastics processing, robotics, special machinery, automation
  • Project management skills
  • Fluency in English is a plus, as is knowledge of CAPM and Solidworks
